My colleague Geetha seeing that I am very interested with the Thosai making decided to share her recipe of Tomato Chutney Sauce to compliment the Thosai. I will post it here and try the sauce one day!
Her recipe:
Tomato Chutney Sauce
- Chop into small pieces
3 tomato
1 onion big
3 clove garlic
1 pieces of red chili
Cili powder - 1 pinch
Curry leaf 1 stalk
Cumin seed 2 pinch
Cooking
-Put oil in kuali
- Cook well until golden the below:
Put in the cumin seed
Chop onion
Chop garlic
Chop red cili
Curry leaf
-Tomato - stir fry
-Cili powder
Stir fry until buble come out (about 5 min)
Put water and salt
If you can see bubble it means that its ready

Spicy honey chicken
Spicy Honey Chicken
I am going to attempt this dish sometime soon. Analyzing the ingredient:
Ingredients :
6 chicken drumsticks
1 tsp turmeric spice - kunyit powder
salt to taste
10 tbsp tomato paste - those tin can tomato sauce. thicker than tomato sauce
2 tbsp ground chili paste ( dried red chilies OR fresh red chilies ) - will use dry cili
honey to taste
2 clove. Buy from indian spice shop:
1 star anise (cintan manis) - buy in indian spice shop.
2 cardamon pod
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground garlic
2 tsp ground shallots - small red onion
cut onion rings
Method :
1) Marinate the chicken drumsticks with turmeric spice and salt, set aside.
2) Pan fry the marinated chicken drumsticks until the skin is slightly crispy, set aside. ( traditionally, the Ayam Masak Merah recipe requires deep frying until the chicken is done. )
3) In a wok, stir-fry the cardamon, clove, star anise, cinnamon bark until fragrant, add the ground ginger, shallots, garlic in, continue stir-frying until fragrant.
4) Add the tomato paste in, honey, ground chili paste, and simmer until thickened and boiling, toss in the fried chicken drumsticks, cut onion rings, and give it a quick stir-fry until all the sauce thickens and the chicken is done. Dish up and ready to serve.

cara membuat:
campur semua bahan jadi satu kecuali margarin, kocok sebentar sampai sedikit berbusa.
panaskan margarine, tuang adonan, dan masak kedua sisinya hingga kuning kecoklatan, gulung dan iris tipis.

2 eggs
2 teaspoon cold water
Salt and pepper
2 teaspoon oil for frying
Method:
Beat the egg with 2 teaspoon cold water and salt and pepper. Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in the wok, Pour in the first egg, undisturbed, until set. Remove to a plate. Cut the omelets into strips.

3-4 biji telur (dipukul)
Garam & lada sulah secukup rasa
1 biji bawang besar (dibelah dua & hiris tipis)
2 batang lada hijau (dihiris menyerong & dibuang bijinya) 1 batang lada merah (dihiris menyerong & dibuang bijinya)
2 camca marjerin/minyak sayur-sayuran
Cara:
Campukan bahan-bahan yang telah dihiris.Simpan 1/3 daripada campuran itu. Masukkan selebihnya ke dalam telur yang telah dipukul.Pijarkan lemak atau minyak di atas api yang kecil.Apabila telah masak. Masukkan campuran telur itu.Sedengkan kualinya biar merebak rata-rata.Apabila hampir masak,taburkan campuran yang telah yang telah disimpan tadi tadi ke atasnya.Biarkan hingga masak. Apabila bahagian bawahnya.telah masak tetapi belum kuning. Balikkan telur dadar itu dengan berhati-hati. Masakkan dengan cara yang sama & angkat dari kuali dengan berhati-hati supaya tidak pecah.Dibelah-belah & dihidangkan dengan segera, Bersama-sama sos jika suka.

Untuk 4 orang saja
